The bill (Reg. No. 1055) suggests to impose a moratorium on the increase of prices and tariffs for housing and utility services and electricity and gas consumption in households before salary arrears and other cash out lays.
At the meeting of the Committee attention was paid to the opinion of the Central Scientific-Expert Department of the Verkhovna Rada.
The Central Department pays attention to the fact that according to article 150 of the Constitution of Ukraine, decision of the Constitutional Court is final and obligatory to implementation on the territory of Ukraine.
